Here's my story in a nutshell:

My name is Katie, and I started my career as a physical therapist in an acute care hospital just 6 months before the COVID-19 pandemic began to ravage the world. The transition from "new grad" to "healthcare hero" was far from easy. This blog is one of the strategies I'm using to improve my mental health and wellbeing after this unwelcome change in all of our lives. Please join me as I navigate These Challenging Times.
